Pet abuse is getting a common thing to witness these days. But we all must know that pets are not humans, but they deserve equal care. Why abuse them? And in order to stop pet abuse, we have to start at a small level by taking the first step ourselves. It is we who have to begin. No one else will come and tell us what to do and what not to do. But in order to prevent it people must understand that pets, like them, too have feelings and soul and that is why they deserve equal care.

The first thing that we all should know that one can prevent cruelty to the animals by taking some steps towards prevention. We all love our pets but what about those that roam on streets? They also deserve to live happily. So stop abusing animals, please!

To love animals one must learn how to properly take care of them and at the same time respect the rights animals deserve. Ofcourse they are also made by the same god, don't they deserve to live happily. We can not provide shelter and food to every animal but atleast make sure that we don't abuse them.

Start at domestic level and take care of the pets that one owns. No matter if the pets are companion animals or farm animals; make sure that you perform each and everything you can in order to ensure the health and safety of these creatures. They don't have tongue so must try to understand their problems, and try to solve them. One can also send donations to various charities that focus on taking care of abused pets animals.

Else, you can get in touch with your local pet authority or local government in order to lobby for changes to the animal laws or something of that sort. You can also spend some amount of time to help the local animal shelter, as they are always in need of helping hands. It is a kind of social service that you can do! Pet abuse is one of the most unforgivable things happening all over the world.
