  • Keyword targeted: When choosing a domain name, always make sure to that it relates to your product or target audience. For example, if the URL does not have anything to do with what you are promoting or selling, you have already failed at that point. The keywords you choose to add to the URL should be product or service related. Try to find what words people mostly relate to respect of your topic and see if you can add them in the URL.
  • Keep it short: Keep your domain name it short, then your URL will automatically be short. Not many people are going to remember a website, which has the URL with as many as 40 characters. Thus, keep the URL as short as you can, but it should contain what you want in the website name.
  • Make it catchy: If you want your URL to be remembered by most people, then you should make it catchy.
