Watch T.V and do Cardio!!

These days people don't have enough time to perform cardio exercises. They can't find ample amount of time to perform them due to their busy work schedules. But generally people don't know that there are certain simple exercises that can be performed at home while watching T.V also.
Your T.V is a very good source to perform cardio exercises! Just switch on your favorite music, and dance in to your favorite tunes to set your heart pumping! Other quick exercises that one can follow are:

Jumping rope
Revisit your childhood days again! Go and get a “jump rope” from your favorite toy shop which not only serves as a great cardio exercise tool but adds fun to the whole experience also.

Jog
Convert your drawing room into a “joggers park” while watching your favorite program. Make sure that you have nice jogging shoes and a glass of water nearby. Start with a 2 or 3 minutes jogging and try to increase it gradually each week.  

Dance
If you are surfing different channels but not really finding anything worth watching, then tune in to a music channel or listen to a DVD and start dancing. Not only it does wonders for the soul but is a great way to get a cardio workout.

Jumping Jacks
These are a great way to make your adrenal rate go strong! It may take a while to get your rhythm going, but you can start with 5 to 10 a day and increase it gradually.

March at one place
Think that you are a soldier and march at the same place for sometime to maintain your cardio speed. And voila, you have performed one of the best cardio exercises for your day. Now repeat the same procedure after two minutes for at least 10 times to get that perfect army rhythm. One should begin with sober exercises if the person has a lot of weight to lose. It is because of the fact that your heavy body would not be able to handle extreme workouts very well!

HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENTS

Home fitness equipments are really famous these days. One can use the following equipments that are easily available at every store and perform cardio exercises while watching T.V or listening to music.

Stationary Bikes
These bikes really form very popular fitness machines. They work your legs and arms and help in building and repairing the tissues in a better way.

Treadmills
These machines are really popular and normally form a common item in the household of every fitness freak. It is a great way to bring outdoor exercise inside home, and may be in front of the T.V. The machine targets the legs along with providing you a great cardio workout.

Rowers
These machines make you exercise as if you are rowing a boat. They work your arms, back and abs equally well and at the same time they provide a great body work out if used regularly.

Other quick ways to work out between your leisure time are:

Commercials
We often see more of commercials and less scenes during the episodes  which are shown on T.V. So if you really want to exercise during your favorite show without missing it, then you pick 3 or 4 exercises and do one exercise per commercial break.

Stability Ball
It is one of the best fitness equipments to practice at home. It is big inflated ball that provides ample balance to sit on. Instead of sitting on a couch or a sofa, try doing exercise on  a stability ball that will surely provide an edge to your exercises!

Relax
Take frequent breaks in between so that your body should not feel the excessive pressure due to these cardio exercises! Don't forget to breathe! Holding your breath makes it harder for you to continue these exercises properly.

Don't try if it hurts
You are not supposed to hurt or frustrate yourself while doing any exercise. If it hurts, then stop immediately.
