You Should Exercise in the Morning, Why? Read Below and You Will Know

If one day your office friend says that “He is feeling as refreshed as he was feeling at the start of the day”, then understand that he has started doing exercise in the morning!!!

The fact is that out of those people who follow regular exercise schedule everyday, 90% are those who exercise in the morning! A great way to lose weight, get in shape and boost your energy all day is to work out in the morning. It not only burns up extra calories but revives your the metabolism rate also. This process is known as EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption) that initiates the concept of doing more amount of work out and challenge yourself to burn more calories.

Morning exercise are much easier to build into your daily routine. You can easily get up early in the morning and take time out to follow your routine. Whereas it's hard to take time out of your busy evening schedules, specially if you are indulged in some activity
The plus point of doing exercise in the morning is that you always feel “refreshed” after taking a good sleep at night! When you exercise in the morning, you feel energized for the whole day! You can yourself feel the difference between your behavior on the days when you do exercise in the mornings and on the days when you don't!

It's an advantage to work out in the mornings as no one is there to disturb you. Otherwise when your days are really very busy, exercise generally occupies a back seat!!
Doing exercise in the morning is a very healthy and safe way and you really feel better about getting up in the morning. It provides you with lots of energy for recreation. You just name that activity and you will be all charged up to do that . Whether it is walking, dancing, fishing or anything!

You will feel calmed and relaxed when you will go to bed at night! Also, you will not get up as much in the middle of a night as you used to do earlier because of your restlessness.
Inhaling fresh air in the morning is far more better than doing exercise in the evening which is all full of dust and whole day's pollution. It prevents heart diseases and helps in lowering down the amount of cholesterol in your body.

If you will start an exercise program which is specially designed for weight loss, you will lose weight early as compared to doing the same exercise in the evening. You just have to stick with the program and eat right!

You really need to force yourself out of your bed if you are addicted to late night T.V and also need to change your night schedule! Another plus point of getting up early in the morning is that you will not get stuck in that rush traffic hour! You will not only feel freshened up but also reach early at office with a jubilant mind set. An exercise followed by some yoga and a healthy breakfast will give you enough oomph to start an energetic day.

Many people think that it not only regulates their appetite for the day but put them in a “healthy psyche” as well. The “metabolism” of the body gets a boost that remains for hours, sometimes up to 24 hours!
 
If you follow your morning exercise routine on a regular basis, then your body starts adjusting to it accordingly. Just a couple of hours before waking up, your body begins to prepare itself for “waking and exercise”, because it knows it's going to happen everyday! You benefit from this in so many ways! Your hormones prepare your body for that particular routine by regulating heart rate, blood pressure and blood flow in your system.

You can always get up a little early in the morning that will do wonders for your body system and you will feel great too!!
