  • Don't eat too fast. Most of people are not in a habit of chewing their food properly. They barely chew it before ingesting.
  • Never indulge yourself in any such act like watching T.V or reading a book. Studies have shown that people eat more when they are involved in some sitting exercise! Rather, one should enjoy the meal at your table.
  • If you have a habit of gulping big bytes at a time, then you really need to change it! You are more likely to guzzle too many calories as compared to others at one time!
  • Add variety and colors in your diet. This variety of texture will make your food more satisfying and visually more appealing.
  • Eat plenty of green vegetables that will limit the intake of fat in your diet.
  • Consumption of alcohol will can add extra inches to your belly lines. So you should surely limit your daily consumption of alcohol if you really want to burn that fat!
  • Drink loads off water especially before eating! It will help you reduce your hunger to half and as a result you will eat less.
  • Don't eat late at night after you have had your evening meal. If you really feel like having something, then drink water or half glass of orange juice.
  • Follow these tips with a little bit of exercise and you are surely on your way to lose those extra inches from your body!
