In order to find out whether you are a healthy water or not, you need to answer this quiz:

  • Restrict certain kinds of foods?

  • Believe that you must never leave your meal, feeling full or satisfied?
  • If you answered “yes” to more than three of the questions that are asked above, then you are probably not a healthy eater.

Become a Healthy Eater

  • Eat lots of nutritious foods. It is due to the fact that you can never overeat nutritious foods.
  • Don’t leave the table, till you are satisfied. Other wise it will develop a feeling of emptyness, that can create a psychological impact in a bad way.
  • Have protein with every meal. It will kepp you full, and at the same time energetic. It can be a perfect meal for anyone!
  • Never miss a meal. It is must to have three meals in a day. Don't overdo it!
  • Make your lunch for school the night before. It will ensure that you will have it ready to take in the morning.
  • Walk to your work place when you can; spend time out of doors as much as you can.
  • Turn off the television.Never eat in front of the television. You will tend to overeat everything
  • Eat meals together with your family. If you will eat alone. Then you will tend to eat a lot.
  • Trust your instincts to tell you when you are hungry and when you are full.
