However, not people are able to stick with them by the year end. One of the basic reasons behind such failure is that we don't match them with who we are inside.   1. Follow Your Values – People are always eager to tell you about your priority. Don't bother about them and decide for yourself what matters most and let those values guide you.
  2. Overview – Remember bad feeling don't create overnight. In the same manner, your life don't get better in a moment. Changes happen gradually and slowly, you need to have the patience to see it through.
  3. Feel Beautiful – Studies indicate that less than 5% people believe that they are beautiful. Everyone has something special in them which they need to discover. You need not look the most beautiful to feel beautiful, but there are things that make you attractive. Remember, beauty is an inside job.
  4. Stop Being A Perfectionist – As we are constantly bombarded with image of people who appear perfect and tries to follow them. However, when we fail to achieve this goal, then we feel like failures. If possible try to overcome this feeling and start accepting the fact that you have certain flaws.
  5. Let Go of Competitive Feeling – People who live a competitive lifestyle usually live in fear of losing. In such cases, you need to stop feeling competing. And replace them with appreciation and wonder.
  6. Self-Empathy – We all are a bit kind and considerate especially when it comes to others. But have you ever made an effort to think about yourself in the same way? Most people spend most of their lives judging others harshly. Try and get over such feeling and accept others shortcomings.
