Exercise

Exercise is the key to weight loss, and you can exercise even when you are traveling. Get your exercise cloths, instead of sitting in the hotel room go to the swimming pool. It is even better if you go for a walk. Apart from fun time, set aside half an hour everyday for a walk. This will make you feel more refreshed.

Eat in for breakfast

There are many hotels with a kitchenette or a mini bar refrigerator. You can buy some milk, cereal, a plastic bowl and spoon to have your breakfast while holidaying. This is a quick and inexpensive way to have fewer calories food rather than eating sausages, bacon, eggs and different high calorie food items.

Make a lunch

You can even pack a lunch for yourself. On can bring his own lunch and control over what others usually eat out.

If you can't pack a lunch, have a sandwich or any other healthy meal rather than fast food for lunch.

Using Internet

Many restaurants post their menus and other nutritional information on internet. You can find out which restaurants you will be visiting, check out their menus. This will help you in following healthy habits.
