Weight Training for Losing Weight

You might not know that there are different weight training workouts for weight loss. It's not only cardio that can lead to fat loss, but metabolism boosting also positively effects the weight training and can help you in shedding pounds. If you dream of getting lean and building best body, use a weight training for losing weight, building muscles and boosting up your metabolism.

Many trainers suggest to use supersets for fat loss, and a lot of beginners ask why. People think that this keeps the heart rate high during a work, which burns out more fat. But, this is not the fact. The answer is rather simple as heart rate has nothing to do with the fat loss.

Trainers use supersets to get more work done in less time. The supersetting or “non competing” exercises can be done almost twice as much exercise you do in half the time. This will make you get into gym and come out faster, and will also allow work more on the muscles.

High turbulence means burning of more calories during and after the exercise. Therefore, it will lead to more fat loss, especially from the areas that are stubborn, like thighs. Here is one superset workout one can do at home also with bench, dumbbells and one exercise ball.

The first step is to do two warmup sets for superset 1, by using 50% of the weight one normally use for each exercise.

Superset 1

Dumbbell squat – repeat 10 tomes.

Superset it with:

Dumbbell chest press – repeat 8 times.

Superset 2

Dumbbell row – repeat 8 per arm.

Exercise ball hamstring curl – repeat 12 times.

You can finish the exercise with internal training. This workout can be done in a time of less than 45 minutes.

This workout will boost the body metabolism for hours after the training. It will also burn more calories and fat.
